FSN basic training course

FSN basic training course consists of two parts. First, register and complete online FSN theory learning. Pass the test after completion and a certificate of completion will be issued. Next step is the hands-on training in clinic. Students will be divided into several small groups and hands-on training will be accomplished in FSNAC authorized teaching clinics in Greater Vancouver. Everyone that has completed two-part FSN basic training course is able to practice FSN treatment independently for common indications of FSN.
Those who have completed the basic training course are eligible to join FSNAC and get discount when order FSN needles.

Registration Fees

Installment payment: $400 registration fee for online FSN theory learning. $400 registration fee for practical training in clinic.
One-time payment: $700 for both parts.
Students get $100 discount on hands-on training course with their student ID card (sent the copy of student ID card to [email protected] when register)
NO REFUND after registration.

Registration Method

E-transfer the training fee to [email protected]. Leave your full name (for printing certificate of completion), phone number, Email (gmail recommended for receiving the online learning link. Make sure the email has course links is not sent to spam folder), and which language you prefer (Chinese or English) in the message.

The videos you receive are for your personal learning only, and may not be recorded, disclosed or used for commercial purposes. Your registration for this course indicates that you accept this statement. Violators will be prosecuted.

浮针初级培训班

首先需要完成在线浮针理论学习。完成后通过测验，颁发学习证书，方可进入实操学习。
实操部分是以小组形式，每组数人，注册后请等待分组通知。实操培训将在浮针示范教学诊所完成。实操训练是通过一对一，手把手的教学，达到培训完成后，学员可独立使用浮针治疗常见适应症的目的。完成初级培训人员有资格加入加拿大浮针医学会，并享受购针优惠。

培训费用：
分次付款：理论学习$400，实操学习$400。
一次性付款：全部培训费$700。
学生凭学生证在实操学习部分减免$100（需将学生证复印件发送至[email protected])。
报名后恕不退款。

报名方式：
将培训费E-transfer至[email protected]。留言中留下完整姓名（用于打印培训证明），联系电话，Email(需要是gmail邮箱)和学习的语言（中、英两种可选）。收到报名费后，课件视频链接会发送到所留的gmail邮箱。如果没有收到，请确保提醒邮件没有被发送到垃圾邮件里。一个月内可重复回放。理论学习结束后，请尽快完成测验。
